Flock's Heating & Air Conditioning

Flock’s Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1960 as Flock’s Sheet Metal by Clarence Flock. Sylvester & Ramona Flock bought the business from Clarence in 1970. Two of their sons, Mark and Anthony (Tony) bought the business in 1985 from Sylvester and Ramona. In 1998 a third son, William (Bill) became a partner. In 2002 the name was changed to Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning to better reflect the nature of the business. In 2008 Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning was recognized as the ClimateMaster “Wisconsin Geothermal Contractor of the Year”. In 2013, Mark Flock was elected President of the Wisconsin Geothermal Association (WGA), the unified, professional consortium (non-profit) of contractors, manufacturers, design engineers, utilities, educators, and others dedicated to the promotion and growth of Wisconsin’s geothermal heating and cooling industry.

I want to give 5 stars to Brian. He was very respectful and professional to my wife while he performed the service call while I was at work. He also explained things very well to me when I spoke with him over the phone. There is nothing worse than a service technician or salesperson who talks down to you like you aren’t worth their time or like you don’t know what you are talking about…Maybe I don’t know what I am talking about, but the right thing to do is explain things with a respectful, humble attitude, and Brian did just that.

From the 1st moment, Mark was very informative and helpful. Never pushy! Our bid was very detailed leaving no room for question. Very easy to understand. Our installer Bill was wonderful. Very nice, polite and ready to answer any questions. Any mess that was made was cleaned up at the end of each day. When our project was finished. Mark came out to inspect and see if we had any questions or concerns. We are so happy we chose Flocks Heating & Air Conditioning. We would recommend to everyone.

Flock’s has amazing customer service and response time. My heater went out when it was -20 outside and 7:30 PM!! They have a 24 hour answering service that took my call and they came out very quickly and fixed it. They even called me the next morning to make sure everything was still working. Both service guys who came out were amazing, Bill Tucker & John Flock…thank you so much! Both were very quick to respond, respectful and full of information! Flock’s you have a customer for life. Exceptional customer service!
